YOUR NEW JOB
- Administration and operation of the systems as well as carrying out error analyses
- Implementation of configuration changes and integration of new solutions
- Assistance in the implementation of incident, problem and change management processes
- Accompaniment of uninterrupted support by manufacturers and suppliers
- Quality assurance, monitoring, reporting
- Coordination with customers and Rz operations
THIS IS YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed university studies or comparable professional training
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
- Experience in IT operations (installation, configuration, monitoring) of server applications
- Expertise in the areas of client / server architecture
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Willingness to learn / readiness for further training
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and customer focus
- Willingness to travel (5% national)
- Business fluent in English, good command of written and spoken French and Dutch
