To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for 2 years - with immediate effect. Freelance and direct employment possible. The main place of work will be at the sub-supplier in Kronach (Bavaria).

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Monitor the entire sub-supplier's supply chain including the associated sub-contractors
- Auditing including run@rate at sub-suppliers
- Counterpart for open quality items between ALPS ALPINE production plants and our sub-suppliers
- Check and monitor production and delivery KPIs at sub-suppliers (machine availability/output and logistics)
- Monitor performance and time schedules for implementation of equipment
- Monitor resource planning at sub-suppliers
- Implement agreed standards (GS/specifications) with OEM
- Coordinate supplier visits with OEM at sub-supplier
- Ensure correct KPI reporting from sub-suppliers
- Guide and lead sub-suppliers in case of needed corrective actions based on Q-problems or machine availability bottlenecks in order to find countermeasures
- Distribute tasks to the corresponding stakeholders (internal/ external)
YOUR PROFILE
- Educational degree in technical field, i.e. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Professional experience and detailed knowledge about quality processes and documentation - professional experience with moulding machines is a plus
- Knowledge of agile working methods
- Business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English, Czech language skills are a plus
- Independent, goal-oriented worker based on a high sense of responsibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
