Your tasks
- PV Roof Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of roofs across our real estate portfolio to determine their suitability for PV installations considering load-bearing capacity.
- Structural Analysis: Perform in-depth structural analysis to ensure that PV installations meet safety standards while minimizing the impact on the existing structures.
- Data Compilation: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of all PV-ready rooftops, including structural specifications, load-bearing capacity, and relevant environmental data.
- Documentation Generation: Produce the necessary documentation required for static reserve load calculations and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sustainability and Energy Department as well as with Operation Departments to ensure that PV installations align with our goals and integrate renewable energy effectively
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of principles as applied to PV installations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient communication and collaboration capabilities
- Adaptability to changing project requirements
- Fluent in English or German
