What your day will look like

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Analyse and synchronise customer requirements in direct coordination with the customer 
  • Develop individual, technical solutions using flexible configurable software based on customer requirements 
  • Test the solution from the user's point of view, document the procedure and support the user in the independent use of the software 
  • Technical implementation of a solution 
  • Responsible for support in the assigned customer areas and solve support requests 
  • Support of the Delivery team and the Technical Consultant in the initialization phase, as well as regular communication with the Technical Consultant on the process status 
  • Document issues and problems for input to the development of the configurations and to further improve solution quality 
  • In consultation with the responsible Technical Consultant, make changes and extensions to the flexible configured modules and quickly find solutions to problems that arise during the project 
  • Plan and host trainings (classroom and online) as well as adapting and developing of training content 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. (pre)sales, Technical Consulting) and advise on technical feasibility 
  • Act as internal product expert to support and train internal functions on technical possibilities (e.g. Academy, Support, Sales)

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Previous experience in a solution specialist role is a plus
  • Strong understanding of web-based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative
