Your Role: Solution Requirements Manager B2B2C (all genders)

End-to-End Customer Journeys | Order-to-Cash | B2C & B2B2C TV Products

 

As a Solution Requirements Manager, you enable Product Management and Marketing by translating business needs into clear, executable requirements across the full IT landscape.
With a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, you ensure that end-to-end customer journeys can be delivered consistently, compliantly, and at scale across Webshop, BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, and downstream systems.

Your Responsibilities:

End-to-End Requirements Ownership

  • Own and orchestrate end-to-end business and functional requirements across the entire IT landscape.
  • Act as the central interface between business, IT, and external partners, ensuring traceability and consistency.

Order-to-Cash & Process Optimization

  • Own and continuously optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, from product discovery to billing and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant, and system-consistent O2C flows across all channels.

Product Catalogue & Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain and further develop the product catalogue across all systems.
  • Ensure consistent mapping of products, pricing, bundles, promotions, and lifecycle states.

Customer Journey Enablement

  • Define and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys from a process, system, and implementation perspective.
  • Translate customer and business needs into implementable requirements in close collaboration with UX, Product, and Marketing.

AI-Enabled Requirements & Delivery

  • Use AI-based tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization.
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities within O2C processes and system interactions.
  • Actively contribute to the integration of AI-driven capabilities into digital products and internal workflows.

Quality & Delivery Support

  • Support solution design, UAT, and rollout phases to ensure high-quality, legally compliant implementations.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in requirements management / business analysis, ideally in a TV, media, telco, or digital service provider environment.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and complex system landscapes (e.g. Webshop, BSS, CRM, Billing).
  • Experience with customer journey design and optimization.
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex topics clearly.
  • Interest or hands-on experience in applying AI tools in requirements, product, or process contexts.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills.

Salary: For professionals with relevant training and experience, we are happy to offer a market-competitive annual gross salary between 50,000 and 65,000 euros (VG 4, Telekom collective agreement, 38.5 h/week)*
