- Execute onboarding plans that ensure a smooth transition to our SOC services
- Coordinate the implementation of security technologies, monitoring mechanisms and processes in collaboration with internal teams
- Connect log sources to SIEM and SOAR technology
- Accompany the configuration, adaptation and optimization of the security technology used
- You will document the entire onboarding process, create reports and handle technical communication with customers
- Collaboration with world-class cybersecurity experts and access to cutting-edge technologies and resources
THIS IS YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry
- In-depth understanding of security infrastructures, threat landscapes and current security technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers in the field
