YOUR NEW JOB
- Will provide Service Level 1 support for current and future systems, applications, and technologies
- Support will be provided to a customer's internal and external users via phone, email and ticketing system in English or German language in cooperation with Service Level 2 and internal IT support teams
THIS IS YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies is required in order to be able to resolve incidents in a timely manner and validate and implement requests according to accepted procedures in the current and future Dev/Test/Prod environments
- ITIL best practices awareness
- At least 1-3 year of experience in supporting/troubleshooting a few of the following technologies is required:
- JIRA/Confluence or other ticketing systems
- MS Active Directory, LDAP
- Windows Server 2012R2/2016
- Microsoft SCCM
- SQL server
- MS SharePoint
- Exchange 2013/2016 and/or Exchange Online
- MS Remote Desktop Services
- Azure Active Directory
- O365
- TCP/IP fundamentals and security policies
- Very good English and German skills are essential (B1-B2+)
