Service & Support Manager - 24/7 Shift (m/f/d)

What you will be doing:

  • Support international business clients with questions concerning general business, products and solutions (1st level - 24/7 support)
  • Analysis of issues, solution driven troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Monitoring of internal systems and services, and recovery in case of failure
  • Documenting and assigning of support requests to corresponding departments

Who we are looking for:

  • Willingness to work long-term in a 24/7 shift system (4 shifts on, 4 shifts off - 8 working hours per shift)
  • Excel at operating in a diverse and agile environment, thriving on solving problems efficiently
  • Experience in a customer facing role, understanding what defines excellent customer service
  • Analytical thinking, technical affinity and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to act based on trained knowledge also in challenging and unfamiliar situations, taking ownership of topics and showing responsibility
  • Flexible, fast learner, embracing and appreciating a dynamic work environment, adjusting quickly to technical evolutions
  • Very good communication skills (email and phone) with advanced English language skills (written/spoken)
  • Preferred skills: basic knowledge about Linux and SQL
