Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve, design, implement, and maintain our automated test framework across frontend and backend components
- Drive test automation in our CI/CD pipeline and ensure early bug detection with shift-left testing
- Be an active member of our Scrum team and help define test coverage that ensures confidence in the functionality and quality of our product
- Improve test observability, stability, and performance over time
- Actively shape and scale our test practices -- bring your ideas, experiment, and help us grow
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on end-to-end testing - ideally using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar
- You're skilled at building API-level E2E tests that verify request/response behavior, data integrity, and system interactions
- You're familiar with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into the development workflow
- You can see yourself working with supporting technologies like GitHub Actions and container orchestration -- it's all part of our stack
- You have a mindset focused on test reliability and speed - you write tests that give fast, meaningful feedback
- Your English skills are excellent (written and verbal), and a good level of German is a bonus
- Bonus: You have solid experience in performance/load testing
- Bonus: You've previously worked in SaaS, B2B or software product contexts
