As a (Senior) Specialist Operational Purchasing (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end operations and order fulfilment process of the CDMOs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer expectations.

In this role, you will contribute to Cheplapharm Global Supply Chain Management Team and you will report to the Therapeutical Area Lead within the global Supply Chain Organization.

In this role, your tasks will include:

• Your are responsible for the procurement of pharmaceuticals, active ingredients, and packaging materials for a specific therapeutic area.
• You act as Supply Chain Single Point of Contact for CDMOs.
• You coordinate Order Processing with Sales, CDMO, Artworks and Logistics to facilitate the smooth execution of orders and ensuring products are delivered on time, in full and in a compliant way.
• You handle the entire ordering process, including maintaining order confirmations, tracking deadlines, posting goods receipts, and invoice verification in SAP S4/Hana.
• You take care of Bridging Stocks & Inventory Management.
• You maintain purchasing-specific master data.
• You collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to track stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment schedules.
• You take over Supply Chain Project Management for divestments and transfers. You work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, to facilitate seamless project execution. 
• You take care of Business Operations activities such as Business Process. 
• You support Mapping, Process Visualization, Metrics & KPI reporting and data analysis.
