Your Tasks
- Leading different project teams, you design, plan, and execute diverse events across different locations, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Taking charge of projects from initial inquiry to follow-up, you oversee budget, coordinate all stakeholders, and facilitate internal and external communication
- You translate customer needs into clear briefs for creative, technical, and construction teams and ensure alignment with customer interests
- Being the primary point of contact during on-site implementation, you bridge the gap between customers and specialist departments
- You fostering long-lasting client relationships beyond individual events and thus contribute to business growth and portfolio expansion
Your Profile
- You have Extensive experience in the Dutch Event Market and Project Management
- Additionally, you possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, alongside strong conceptual abilities
- You speak both Dutch and English fluently, German knowledge is a plus
- Moreover, you possess excellent communication skills and a strong client-oriented mindset
- Lastly, you have a proven track record of handling international clients and projects
