YOUR MISSION
As a Product Manager at Matrix42, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-growing SaaS business by shaping our product strategy and driving its execution. You will be responsible for crafting a compelling product vision, defining clear product priorities and discovering a product that is valuable, usable and feasible in numbers large enough to sustain product growth and profitability.
As a product manager, you will have a strategic role at the intersection between the functions business, technology and user experience, continuously iterating and improving the product based on feedback and changing market needs.:

• Business -- You will work in partnership with the business to discover.

• products that are valuable (our customers will find them useful) and viable (they work for our business).

• Technology -- You will work in partnership with tech leads to discover products that are feasible (we can build them in time to compete on the market).
• User Experience -- You will work in partnership with product designers to discover products that are usable (our customers can use them) advocating for the voice of the user inside the business.

MUST HAVES

• Be able to become an acknowledged expert on your target users and customer.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry and domain relevant to the product.
• Proven track record of developing a high level of knowledge about the product you are working on.
• Have a good level of knowledge of the underlying technology of your product.
• Be knowledgeable on the topics of user experience design and understand the various competencies within UX and be able to appreciate and fully utilize these roles.
• Capability to develop an understanding of the economics and financial dynamics of your product.
• Proficiency in essential processes such as:

1.  customer discovery: including customer interviewing skills, opportunity assessments and understanding of customer development programs.
2. product discovery: including qualitative techniques including user prototypes and user testing, as well as quantitative techniques including live-data prototypes and A/B testing.
3. product optimization: rapidly improve and refine existing products especially with optimization techniques and A/B testing.
4. product development (e.g. Scrum)
