Our Business Process Management Team sets their purpose in the development and transformation of a sustainable and future proof organisation with a focus on process excellence, automation and intelligence. Within this purpose we are dedicated towards the goal of making it efficient, successful as well as people drive.
Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Process Automation Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in Munich.

What You Will Do

  • You will be part of a highly dynamic, fast paced multicultural team driving change and digitalization in a company with the common purpose to work for our planet.
  • You will lead and coordinate process automation activities for the Group, based on workflow automation, robotic process automation, data integration projects and API-management.
  • You will drive the identification and development of automation opportunities in collaboration with our business and support departments to streamline their processes, reduce manual work and focus on value-add activities.
  • You are the subject matter expert on our future state-of-the-art automation roadmap and will drive the further development and implementation of our Group process automation strategy and environment (e.g. automation framework, governance, infrastructure, service management) based on evolving business strategies.
  • You will advise and coach others towards the successful implementation of identified automation opportunities and actively moderate our internal BPM community to foster knowledge and best practice exchange across the Group.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in business process management (BPM) and automation (BPA), involving workflow automation, robotic process automation and business apps development
  • Proven skills by dealing with Process Automation Tools (SAP Signavio, UiPath, ...) and MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Several years of experience in project management and first experience as functional lead of a small team
  • 5+ years of relevant related work experience
  • Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills combined with a strong hands-on-mentality
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills as well as IT and basic coding skills (low code platforms) with a user experience (UX) mindset
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • BPMN 2.0 and Lean Six Sigma or similar practical expertise and certifications appreciated
  • A plus, strong interest and proven skills in process intelligence, renewable energies and/or sustainability
