Portfolio Strategy & BI is the decision-making accelerator for our product portfolio: we create transparency, establish clear priorities and deliver fact-based insights - enabling CHEPLAPHARM to deploy resources in a targeted manner, make decisions faster and create sustainable value.
We work throughout the entire product life cycle - from 'What should we invest in?' to 'How do we optimise value and risk?' to 'When and how do we exit?'. To do this, we combine strategic thinking with data & analytics and build scalable tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power BI, automation).
Our work comprises two pillars: (1) portfolio strategy (e.g. lifecycle management, value optimisation, pricing/COGS initiatives, exits, portfolio governance) and (2) competitive and business intelligence (market and competition analyses, risk tracking, dashboards/reporting).
