In this role, you will be part of our growing Portfolio Strategy & BI team (currently five colleagues). The team operates analytically and conceptually, defining portfolio strategies, identifying growth opportunities and driving initiatives to optimize the lifecycle and value of our products. In doing so, the team acts as a catalyst for focus, clarity and value optimization within our product portfolio, thus making a crucial contribution to CHEPLAPAHRM's success.

Portfolio & Pipeline Analytics

• Deliver analytical support for portfolio evaluations, pipeline initiatives, lifecycle projects, and commercial due diligence.
• Structure and analyze commercial, cost, and performance data to guide prioritization and decision-making.

Business Case Development

• Support the development and maintenance of business cases across the portfolio, including topline and cost assumptions.

Executive Reporting & Communication

• Contribute to the preparation of executive-level materials such as steering decks, dashboards, and decision papers.

Tools, Models & Frameworks

• Maintain and continuously improve portfolio tools and templates, including business case models, trackers, and prioritization frameworks.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate inputs across functions to drive alignment and transparency in cross-functional assessments.

Market & Competitive Intelligence Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Business & Competitive Intelligence team to integrate market, performance, and competitor insights.

Academic & Professional Background

• You have successfully completed a degree in business management, economics, finance, or a related field.
• You bring more than five years of relevant experience in analytics, strategy, business planning, or corporate roles, ideally in a consulting environment.

Industry & International Experience

• You have experience in international companies in the healthcare or life sciences sector and have already worked in cross-functional environments.

Technical & Language Skills

• You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ideally have experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• You are business fluent in English and ideally fluent in German.

• You work in a highly structured and detail-oriented manner.
• You are a strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
