The role
As our Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts of the business. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of strategies for VEKA brand, installer, and customer (fabricator) marketing.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop and execute installer and customer marketing strategies.
- Take charge of maintaining and enhancing our Independent Network website, database, and digital assets.
- Support our Independent Network team and members in all marketing endeavours.
- Drive initiatives to cleanse and maintain our installer database, ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness.
- Engage with installers regularly via phone and email to build strong relationships and gather insights.
- Develop and implement captivating campaigns across all channels to keep installers engaged and informed.
- Analyse campaign performance data to drive informed decision-making and optimise future strategies.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- A good understanding and hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and inspire others.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactivity and a willingness to take initiative to drive results.
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Dot digital / Hubspot platforms (preferred).
