Your mission
As a Marketing Automation & Personalisation Manager, you design and manage automated marketing journeys and personalisation mechanisms across the entire consumer journey.
At the heart of our real-time orchestration layer, you ensure that marketing communication becomes more efficient, relevant, and data-driven - across all key touchpoints, including CRM, social, web, e-commerce, content, and paid media.
With a strong understanding of consumer journeys, data, and trigger logic, you independently define use cases, build journeys, and continuously optimize them. You work closely with MarTech, CRM, and Analytics to further scale automation and personalisation across our marketing ecosystem.
