(Senior) Game SDK Developer (C++) (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled SDK Developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on game and account systems to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a SDK Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our SDKs which let our players interface with online services and features.

SDK Development:

• Design, develop and maintain robust and performant SDKs for PC and console games
• Ensure a developer friendly implementation with proper documentation
• Collaborate with game and backend developers to integrate client-side SDKs with backend services.

Game Integration:

• Support our studios in the integration of our SDKs
• Provide assistance with active implementation into various games

API Development:

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between SDKs and backend services.
• Collaborate with backend developers to define API specifications and ensure smooth integration.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in backend development, security, and compliance.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the SDKs to ensure optimal response times.
• Conduct regular performance testing and optimization for keeping the memory and CPU consumption as low as possible.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and cross-compilation for various platforms.
• Experience with game engines like Unreal and Unity.
• Experience with game SDKs from all major first parties (Sony, Microsoft, Epic, Steam, Nintendo)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with build pipelines like Team City or Jenkins
• Previous experience in the gaming industry.
