We're seeking a Senior Expert to lead innovation and drive progress in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Simulation-based Design, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mathematics, Health Tech, Sustainability, and Robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced methods, tools, and algorithms in your field of expertise (e.g. AI, simulation, optimization, or data analytics)
  • Contribute to R&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring technical excellence and relevance
  • Work closely with researchers, engineers, and industry partners to translate novel concepts into robust, scalable solutions
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into ongoing projects
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within interdisciplinary teams
  • Support proposal preparation and represent the technical perspective in project acquisition and presentations
  • Present your work at international conferences, workshops, and client meetings
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables

Qualifications

  • PhD or Postdoctoral Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following domains: AI & Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Simulation-based Design, Data Science, or High-Performance Computing
  • Strong hands-on experience with applied research, algorithm development, and engineering applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on real-world impact
  • Experience collaborating with academic and industrial partners in R&D environments
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies
