Senior C++ Software Engineer
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
You have a solid knowledge of C++17 (or newer), which you will use in the further development and maintenance of our server software. You will also familiarize yourself with complex customer requirements in the financial sector and design effective solutions for which you will take shared responsibility. We are a development team consisting of eight passionate engineers of all ages, partly in Romania, partly in Switzerland.

- Helping to shape the future of our products
- Analyzing, specifying, implementing, maintaining and developing tests
- Advising the departments on practicability and propose solutions
- Close collaboration with other teams, such as development, business analysis and consultants
- Code and design reviews
- Familiarize yourself with the business area of the fund and asset management industry
YOUR EXPERTISE
- Higher education in computer science (e.g., university degree) or equivalent experience in software development
- Passion for developing high-quality codes and automated tests
- Ability to work independently and willingness to participate in decision-making processes in a flat hierarchical working environment
- Knowledge in finance / banking
- Experience in the development of multi-threaded applications
- Knowledge of Linux, git, CMake, Boost and container technologies is an advantage
- Team player with an agile mindset
- Very good written and spoken English skills
