(Senior) Backend Developer (m/w/d) PHP & Golang

• Together with our experienced and international development teams you will bring our shop sites to the next level: Contribute your expertise to our Access, Shop and Checkout Teams!
• You will work in a modern tech stack world: React frontend, cloud-based & virtualized infrastructure, service-oriented architecture & event based communication
• The following technologies await you: AWS, docker, kubernetes, microservices, GoLang, React, JSS, Jest, ES6/Typescript
• We work agile: You will become a part of our well-rehearsed agile teams of versatile and experienced Web Developers, dedicated Product Owner and Scrum Master

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in PHP and a minimum of 2 years in Go. Additionally, recent hands-on experience with Laravel or Symfony is highly preferred.
• Experience-wise with APIs, asynchronous jobs, and messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, Amazon SNS/SQS.
• Data storage expertise is crucial, whether it's MySQL, NoSQL, or any other database technology.
• Proficiency in Git is a must.
• Experience working in agile teams, are motivated, responsible, and have a continuous thirst for learning. And by the way, mentoring your peers is part of the deal

• Experience handling loads of data or working in tightly integrated setups, that's a big plus.
• REST APIs are your jam, and you've designed and reviewed your fair share of complex integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform and AWS 

Responsibilities

• You'll serve as the linchpin for maintaining alignment within and across teams. Your role involves developing new microservices in Go, alongside maintaining existing PHP solutions, collaborating closely with team members to enhance our marketplace app.
• We're particularly interested in candidates excited about diving deep into Go, contributing to our cutting-edge marketplace app by building APIs, job workers, and message consumers, all while ensuring code integrity through rigorous testing.
• With an agile mindset, you'll be at home with practices like extreme programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Pair-Programming.
