Your Strength
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of experience with Dynamics NAV (2009-2017) implementation, support, administration, and business analysis
- Strong C/AL programming skills
- 5+ years of experience in SQL and reporting
- Proven project management and team leadership experience
- Solid understanding of accounting and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Your Contribution
- Lead the ERP roadmap for NAV and Business Central platforms, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
- Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, change control, and compliance with SOX and QMS
- Manage ERP projects from planning through go-live and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize ERP functionality and end-to-end process integrity
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, and enforce best practices in governance
- Act as the main liaison between IT and business units, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and project outcomes
- Lead a high-performing ERP team, promoting continuous improvement and high service delivery
