• Demonstrating the practical application of data engineering and machine learning (with AI focus) through blueprints, case studies, pilot projects, or proof of concepts.
• Providing expert advice and documentation on best practices, methodologies, and technologies developed by the Advanced Analytics & AI tribe data science use cases.
• Facilitating discussions and forums for knowledge exchange among community members, including both experts and novices.
• Conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions to transfer knowledge and skills in hands-on style to community members.
• Enabling community by working alongside them during initialization or during implementation of solutions using AI and generative AI with focus on end-to end delivery.
• Utilize state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure (end-to-end data science framework on AWS using Databricks), ensuring the effective application and scaling AI and generative AI solutions.
• Act as the vital link between business experts, IT, and Advanced Analytics & AI, integrating both traditional machine learning and generative AI methods into broader business strategies and technical solutions.

Your core competencies 

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and business understanding to identify community needs and implement tailored solutions around AI & GenAI.
• Solid Technical Hands-On: Profound knowledge of programming languages (focus on Python) and AI & GenAI libraries, with the ability to apply them to solve real-world problems.
• Educational Guidance: Experience in teaching, consulting, or mentoring, with the capability to develop and deliver engaging content.
• Goal orientation & Can-Do Attitude: You have a proven track record of delivering successful use cases including complex use cases and business processes. You are energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering high-quality end-to end AA & AI solutions in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Ethical and Collaborative Approach: Commitment to ethical data practices and the ability to collaborate across various groups to foster a culture of innovation in data engineering and machine learning.
