To strengthen our team at the location in  Leinfelden-Echterdingen (near Stuttgart), we are looking for a SCM Coordinator After Sales (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

YOUR NEW TASKS

  • Central Point of Contact for International Production Sites and European Aftersales Customers
    Serve as the main contact for international plants and European customers in the automotive sector, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Warehouse Stock Control and Order Planning
    Monitor inventory levels, synchronize customer orders, and plan short-, mid-, and long-term demand to maintain optimal logistics service levels.
  • Shipment Coordination and Tracking
    Coordinate, process, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, including shipment control, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Logistics Reporting and Sales Collaboration
    Prepare and analyze logistics reports (inventory trends, service levels, budget performance) in close cooperation with the sales team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Your qualification: You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or possess a comparable qualification and bring professional experience in supply chain management. Your understanding of digital business processes enables you to confidently use IT-supported planning and control systems.
  • Your experience: Highly experienced in the field of supply chain management, preferably within the automotive OEM industry
  • Your way of working: Team-player but also willing to take over personal responsibility to flexibly determine own procedures, Distinct logical/ analytical thinking, effective communication and customer service skills together with a positive attitude and intercultural competencies, fluency in German and English language (spoken and written), user experience in operating an ERP system (beneficial and desirable) and profound knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, MS Project etc.)
