SAP Key User Order Management (d/f/m)
in München or Schwäbisch Gmünd near Aalen (hybrid working possible)
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Further training and qualification in SAP SD, so that you are able to build up a cross-business understanding of the stream-related and cross-functional SAP processes
- Support the optimization of workflows and the design of our business processes
- Train employees on existing as well as newly introduced functions including the creation of related training materials
- Analyzing needs with internal departments and deriving concrete requirements
- Preparation of the conception of measures, which you will accompany up to the productive implementation together with our external and internal partners
- Creation of functional concepts and development of test cases as well as support of user acceptance tests
- Support of global units in the analysis and elimination of errors and derivation of improvement potentials
- Participation in national and international ERP/SAP projects
Your story so far:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree program
- You have already gained practical experience as an IT-savvy SAP user, ideally in the SD module, and are willing to familiarize yourself with this area more intensively
- You have a good understanding of the processes in Customer Service B2B / Order Management
- You have the desire to train end users and to develop yourself further in this area
- You have good communication skills and are able to describe business processes adequately
- You are willing to travel between our locations if necessary
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
