What you move with us

We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to support our commercial organisation with sales performance, pipeline visibility, forecasting support, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) excellence.

The focus is enabling sales teams to perform better through clear data, structured processes, and actionable insights. You will be a key partner (m/f/d) to Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations, ensuring the business has reliable visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and execution effectiveness.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with sales data, improving processes, and turning information into clarity for commercial teams.

Sales Performance & Insights

  • Own recurring sales performance reporting (pipeline, bookings, quota progress, conversion metrics)
  • Provide weekly and monthly insights to sales leadership
  • Analyse trends in win rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, and stage progression
  • Support sales reviews, pipeline calls, and performance discussions

Forecasting & Pipeline Support

  • Support the sales forecasting process by ensuring CRM data is accurate and complete
  • Highlight pipeline risks and upside based on stage movement and coverage ratios
  • Track changes in forecast and pipeline quality over time
  • Identify gaps between pipeline and targets and flag areas requiring action

CRM & Data Quality

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting standards
  • Build and optimise dashboards and reports in CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Ensure opportunities are correctly categorised (new business, expansion, renewal, etc.)
  • Help improve adoption and consistency of sales processes in CRM

Sales Process & Tools

  • Support documentation and optimisation of the sales process
  • Help implement tools and workflows that improve sales productivity
  • Assist with territory alignment and performance tracking structures
  • Partner with enablement to ensure reporting reflects how teams actually sell

Ad-Hoc Commercial Analysis

  • Provide analysis to support go-to-market initiatives and leadership decisions
  • Identify bottlenecks in funnel progression and areas to improve sales efficiency
  • Support visibility into recurring revenue, renewals, and expansion performance

What you bring to the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales data
  • Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik (preference), Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to sales stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and go-to-market teams
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses
  • Understanding of sales metrics such as ARR, pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales velocity
  • Experience supporting sales forecasting processes
  • Exposure to territory planning or quota tracking
