As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a dedicated leader to strengthen our team in Sweden and further expand our market presence.

  • Location: Southern Sweden (Skåne, Halland (up to Halmstad), Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar (including Öland), Jönköping)

  • For our Swedish subsidiary, Theben Electronics AB, we are looking for you -- a hands-on sales professional with strong KNX know-how and a passion for intelligent building solutions.

Your Role

  • You actively drive pre-sales activities and specification work together with electrical contractors, planners, and consultants
  • Close cooperation with system integrators is an essential part of your daily work
  • You organize and carry out customer events, product presentations and trade fairs
  • Conducting technical training sessions and workshops for customers and partners belongs to your responsibilities
  • You actively strengthen brand awareness and identify new sales opportunities in the region
  • Managing and developing relationships with electrical wholesale (EWS) customers rounds off your role

Your Background

  • You bring experience in sales of technically complex products, ideally in the electrical or building automation industry
  • A completed qualification as an electrician or a comparable technical background supports your profile
  • Advanced KNX knowledge is essential; DALI knowledge is a plus
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the Swedish market for building automation and have an active business network
  • You feel comfortable working with MS Office applications
  • You speak fluent Swedish and have good English skills
