Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Are you excited about shaping the early stages of a customer's journey and contributing to business growth from day one? As our Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads for our sales pipeline. This role is ideal both for early-career talent eager to grow into a B2B sales role as well as experienced SDRs who want to further develop and actively help shape a scalable sales development function at LUY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and convert them into high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
  • Research and identify potential prospects in our key customer segments
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate interest and engagement
  • Build compelling outreach messages and adapt them to different industries and personas
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular reports on performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and handover processes
  • Help shape and improve our SDR playbook through your learning, feedback, and ideas
  • Proactively reflect on your own development and career path and contribute to building a long-term SDR function at LUY 

Qualifications

  • Initial experience or strong interest in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Alternatively, already several years of experience as SDR and a desire to take the next step in a growing company
  • Highly structured working style with strong time management and planning habits
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset, motivation to learn, and a proactive attitude
  • Resilience: You can handle rejection, stay focused on the goal, and quickly recover from setbacks
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus 
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
