As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the entire data collection of the sales and service process for our robotics systems in Germany.
Starting with preparing quotes for medical supply stores, submitting the various required documents to workshops/medical supply stores, processing orders with our various suppliers, processing sales orders, and submitting documents for invoicing to the finance department. You will also be responsible for product picking, inventory, and logistics (shipping & handling).
As an administrative assistant, you will handle incoming inquiries via email or phone. You will assist with the planning of service and sales agendas and, if necessary, support your supervisor in the preparation and implementation of various meetings and projects.
· Processing incoming inquiries and applications (phone / emails / web / in person)
· Data entry, validation, and implementation as part of our sales process. For example, creating offers, orders, and delivery information in collaboration with the respective sales representative for the respective region.
· Organizing, maintaining, updating and coordinating documents relating to offers, orders and deliveries, as well as placing them in the correct place or forwarding the information to the responsible team
· Support of the finance department (coordination of invoicing, preparation of orders, receivables, etc.)
· Responsible for logistics
· Supporting the customer service team with the logistics of technical inquiries
· Support headquarters in preparing forecasts for sales/support and product procurement
· Collaboration with the Marketing Manager on marketing needs, such as material and event requirements
· As a front-line contact, you present a positive and professional image of the company to all users, customers, partners and suppliers
· Applying best practices and ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system;
· Intermediate school leaving certificate with training in the commercial or administrative field (m/f/d)
· 2 to 5 years of experience in the respective training occupation
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Organizational skills, ingenuity, adaptability
· Independent and solution-oriented work is required as a basis

· Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
