Your field of play
We are currently looking for a motivated and qualified candidate to join our team for a temporary role as a maternity leave replacement. This is a 6 to 9-month assignment, starting as soon as possible.
- Support seasonal transitions and timely product launches
- Ensure accurate stock allocation and efficient store replenishment
- Act as a key contact for store managers and assist with daily operational questions
- Manage retail master data and maintain accurate pricing information
- Generate reports to support product and inventory decisions
- Manage orders and the replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations
Your story
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in administrative support and familiarity with ERP systems - ideally in a retail or buying context
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with data
- General digital affinity and strong IT skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Energetic and social personality with sporty can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus
