Your field of play

We are currently looking for a motivated and qualified candidate to join our team for a temporary role as a maternity leave replacement. This is a 6 to 9-month assignment, starting as soon as possible.

  • Support seasonal transitions and timely product launches
  • Ensure accurate stock allocation and efficient store replenishment
  • Act as a key contact for store managers and assist with daily operational questions
  • Manage retail master data and maintain accurate pricing information
  • Generate reports to support product and inventory decisions
  • Manage orders and the replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations

Your story

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in administrative support and familiarity with ERP systems - ideally in a retail or buying context
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with data
  • General digital affinity and strong IT skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Energetic and social personality with sporty can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus
