The Global Trade team is among other topics responsible for cosmetics regulatory notifications and/or registrations in third countries, as well as handling inquiries from exporting countries/customers to ensure compliance with legal cosmetics regulations based on the respective national regulations. For our team in Sulzbach we are currently looking for a Product Registration Manager (m/f/d). 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the international product registration of cosmetic products
  • Initiate and coordinate country-specific registration process with external partners
  • Preparation of relevant application documents and other regulatory documentation for product registration in third countries Union (e.g., ASEAN, LATAM, MENA) and distribution of Product samples for lab testing
  • Close collaborations with our international Sales team to establish country-specific launch strategies and timings.
  • Internal and external contact person for regulatory matters on international level
  • Responding to customer requests from export countries in regulatory matters
  • Monitoring of regulatory changes in all international countries and adaptation for product registration
  • Close collaboration with the respective authorities and associations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in natural science or similar with focus/experience on regulatory affairs
  • Very good understanding and knowledge of international cosmetics regulatory affairs in the context of export- importability of cosmetic products (general knowledge of foreign trade would be a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a comparable position (cosmetics / FMCG)
  • Team-oriented, dynamic and an "out-of-the box" way of thinking
  • International mindset, working with different cultures
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style, within given deadlines
  • Routine handling of all common MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and German (oral & writing), additional languages nice to have
