Your Mission
- Understand software requirements, workflows, and expected system behaviour
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and system testing
- Perform black-box testing to validate application behaviour against requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing for releases
- Collaborate with developers, product, and integration teams to clarify issues and requirements
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and traceability records
- Participate in release validation and sign-off activities
What you bring
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle
- Experience in manual testing of desktop applications
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases and defect reports
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Notion)
- Basic understanding of APIs, data validation, and system workflows
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
The following would be a clear advantage:
- Exposure to Aviation software testing
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
- Basic knowledge of validation techniques
- Experience testing integration-heavy or workflow-driven systems
