Purchaser (m/f/d)

Your tasks
As Purchaser you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for selecting new suppliers, negotiating conditions such as: prices, delivery times, quality, conditions & services and checking the suppliers for compliance with their agreements. You are of course involved in the preparation and evaluation of (received) offers and periodically analyze your own "purchase package". You are co-responsible for drawing up and implementing the procurement policy, achieving the departmental objectives and you make an active contribution to optimizing the procurement processes.
What do we expect from you?
Among other things, you have the following knowledge and experience:
An education at HBO level (preferably Technical Business Administration), supplemented by NEVI-1 and you have at least 5-7 years of relevant (international) work experience in the manufacturing industry/technology and you have knowledge of materials and types of plates. You have experience with Category Management and EDI. You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written. Command of the German language is a bonus, but not a requirement.
