Location : Work from Anywhere (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Bootloader product "Standard services" management for various customers
• Understand the Bootloader / various modules of Bootloader in user & requirement perceptive
• Act as voice of the customer and coordinate the project team & counterparts for the flawless execution of projects
• Plan the project, monitor & control the project execution, report the project status regularly until the project closer
• Retrospect the project to identify the areas of improvement and incorporate the improvements in future projects
• Ensure the various of aspects of project management (risk management, resource management, ... are addressed well for flawless execution of projects
• Financials : Working towards to achieve good financial turnover
• Support management in business development in terms of future trends and recruitments
• Develop the competence/Skill set for the betterment of individual and organization growth
• Embed the passion for Engineering

Requirements:

• (Required) 6 years of relevant experience in Flash bootloader development, integration and testing / Vehicle diagnostic protocols (UDS, OBD, KWP2000) development & testing
• (Required) 2+ years of relevant recent experience in project management skills. Experience with lean & agile project management processes (Scrum/Kanban)
• (Required) knowledge on Quality Management - Automotive SPICE/CMMI
• (Required) Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
• (Required) knowledge on 16/32/64 bit, single/multi core microcontroller architecture especially memory modules (Flash, RAM, EEPROM)
• (Required) knowledge on diagnostic protocol (UDS - ISO14229/KWP2000/OBD) and OEM specific bootloader requirements
• (Required) knowledge and working experience in serial communication protocols - CAN/LIN/ FlexRay/Ethernet (atleast two)
• (Required) knowledge on configuration management and experience using the configuration management tools - svn, clearcase, ..
• (Required) knowledge on Requirements Engineering, Traceability and experience using any of the requirement engineering tools - DOORS, ...
• (desired) Experience using the measurement/testing tools - CANoe, vFlash, ...
• (desired) knowledge on AUTOSAR standard, working experience on AUTOSAR configuration tools (EB Tresos, Vector Configurator, ...)
• (desired) PMP certification
