Join us as a PMO Lead and take a central role in driving strategic transformation across our organization. In this leadership position, you will shape project governance, optimize portfolio performance, and guide cross-functional teams through change. As a Business Transformation Lead, you will oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing cost-efficiency and streamlining operational processes to improve financial outcomes profitability and enable more agile operations. • Manage and oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, with a strong focus on tracking planned vs. actual values
• Report financial and project status to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making
• Lead or coordinate a PMO team (currently one person), providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Facilitate governance structures such as steering committees and ensure project compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and support change and transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools across the organization
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and PMO functions in a complex and international environment
• Strong expertise in project controlling, including tracking of planned vs. actual values
• Solid financial knowledge, including understanding of balance sheets and financial reporting
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and portfolio management practices
• Experience in leading or coordinating project teams, with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, including stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Power BI)
• Fluent in English and German
