F/LIST UK, with approximately 20 employees, is one of our newest locations and is located in South London, just outside Biggin Hill Airport. This location provides air aftermarket services for European customers, including cabin refurbishment, repainting, re-veneering, leather seat upholstery, wall panel replacement, carpet replacement and stone floor integration.

As part of our team you will...

  • be responsible for the planning and execution of challenging international aircraft interior projects, always ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • provide project coordination and leadership to ensure that all phases of the project run smoothly and meet the defined objectives.
  • work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and proactively provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • recognise challenges early and take proactive measures to overcome them and ensure project success.
  • clearly communicate and implement customer change requests and effectively handle complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • conscientiously monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs and resources within the scope of the project.
  • continuously track the fulfillment and monitoring of project target metrics to ensure successful project delivery.

  • have completed technical or business training that provides you with a solid foundation for the requirements of our position.
  • not only have a technical interest, but also a good understanding of technical contexts.
  • you are characterised by a high level of solution and goal orientation and at the same time have strong organisational skills in order to manage complex tasks efficiently.
  • think and act entrepreneurially, which means that you are always looking for ways to create value and capitalise on opportunities.
  • are a communicative and assertive personality who is able to act and convince in an international environment.
  • have a very good command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively and succeed in a global working environment.
