Your Tasks:

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the entire internal project process, from the handover from Sales to the shipment. Together with your colleagues, you ensure complete and up-to-date assembly preparation so that production can start on time and correctly. You work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Assembly, Warehouse & Shipping, and Project Management. You report to the Team Leader of the Planning Bureau.

Your responsibilities are:

  • You take ownership of the entire internal project process and act as the first point of contact for the progress of the project.
  • You connect the different disciplines (Engineering, Purchasing, Assembly, Warehouse) and ensure that dependencies are coordinated in a timely manner.
  • You actively address colleagues and departments about delays or deviations and take corrective actions where necessary to secure delivery dates.
  • You contribute to structural improvements by identifying bottlenecks and making proposals to management.
  • You monitor the input (drawings, bill of materials, specifications) to ensure everything is available on time and correctly.
  • You organize and lead the assembly kick-off, perform color checks, and document the agreements made.
  • You monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions to secure delivery dates.
    You prepare and guide the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) process.

Your Profile

  • A higher vocational education (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in driving actions, progress, and collaboration without having formal line responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in complex projects.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration and driving progress without a hierarchical position.
  • Results-oriented and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken. (German is a plus)
