There is a close cooperation with the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) and the University Department "Aging of the Individual and of Society". 

To strengthen our team in the EU-funded project CombiDiag - Peripheral Biomarker Based Combinatorial Early Diagnostics for Dementia (Horizon-MSCA-2021-DN-01), we are looking for a part-time employee (20 hours/week) to start on September 1, 2025, initially on a fixed-term contract until January 31, 2027, and remunerated according to the collective agreement TV-L (E11).

Your tasks

  • Handling of network activities in close alignment with EU regulations 
  • Ensuring timely reporting and continuous maintenance of the EU project portal
  • Coordination of contents and deadlines between the international network partners
  • Supporting the recruitment and training plans of young scientists
  • Organization and scheduling of network meetings
  • Supporting the responsible principal investigator in external communication of the network, communication towards EU representatives as well as internal communication within the network

Your qualification

  • Successfully completed education in the field of medicine, health care, natural sciences, social sciences or comparable (bachelor's degree) or completed commercial or administrative training. 
  • Knowledge in administrative project management   
  • Possibly professional experience in the coordination of third-party funded projects, reporting
  • Interest in scientific topics
  • (Very) good command of written and spoken English
  • Reliable oral and written expression skills
  • Experience in dealing with EU projects is an advantage
