We are looking for a strategic and results-driven TV Product Manager to join our Insights and Innovation team. The role involves a holistic approach to product management, combining core skills with specific emphasis on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies tailored to address the needs of the European markets.
1. Strategic Product Planning
· Develop and execute annual TV product planning and strategy.
· Formulate Go-to-Market strategies.
2. Market Analysis and Positioning
· Analyse channel dynamics and formulate effective channel strategies.
· Conduct in-depth market benchmarking and positioning analysis.
3. User-Centric Approach
· Lead the collection and analysis of user requirements specific to the European market.
· Engage in direct communication with end-users, understanding unique preferences and needs.
· Translate user insights into detailed product specifications, feature lists, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
4. Documentation and Collaboration
· Break down insights into clear and concise Product Requirement Documents.
· Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to align product development with market strategies.
5. Go-to-Market Execution
· Implement effective go-to-market strategies, including product training, test magazines, benchmarking, demos, and launch events.
6. Reporting and Relationship Building
· Regularly report to executive management leaders, providing strategic insights.
· Recommend products to drive business growth.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
7. Law and Legislative Requirements
· Regular check of new laws and legislative requirements in Germany and other EU countries including summary of findings.
· Internal communication and progress tracking so that requirements are completely implemented before getting effective.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
· Proven experience in product management with a focus on Go-to-Market strategies
· Proficient in channel analysis, market positioning, and user-centric product development
· Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and delivering actionable insights
· Excellent English skills
