Your field of play
- PO placement with finished goods suppliers
- Validation of FOB Prices, checking MOQ/MCQ, limit upcharge
- Timely dispatch / Track deliveries with Odlo system
- Inbound logistic: coordinate bookings with forwarder
- Management of direct deliveries including PO, invoice and documentation as well as the coordination of packaging approval, pricing, supply & production
- Communication with suppliers, central warehouse,
- Approval & coordination with accounting department tracking the payment of invoices from suppliers including credit & debit note handling
- Ensure data alignment between the ERP system, invoice and documentation
- Update shipping and SMS manuals and information to producers
Your story
- Basic commercial training with some professional experience in export and import processing
- Fluency in English both written and verbally and good knowledge of German preferred
- Good understanding of ERP systems
- Extensiv MS Office user knowledge (especially excel)
- Flexible, responsible, reliable and team-player mentality with high willingness to learn
- Independent and accurate work style
- Strong communication both written and verbally
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced working environment
