Postdoc (f/m/d) / Institute for Biostatistics and Informatics in Medicine and Ageing Research
Rostock, DEWe are seeking an enthusiastic postdoc holding a doctoral degree with a suitable
background in computing or life sciences and an interest in longevity / aging / health
research. The planned start of the contract is as soon as possible for 6 months (salary is
75% of the TV-L (E13) full-time employment).
An extension of the contract is envisioned.
Your tasks
- You will use generative AI approaches to draft texts on fibrosis/biomaterials research.
Your qualification
- Interdisciplinary interest in AI, biomaterials, molecular cell biology and omics data.
Experience with using Ontologies. - Programming/ scripting skills, e.g. in Python/ Java/ R.
- High personal commitment, time flexibility, creativity and enjoyment of working in a team.
- Good communication skills (English, oral and writing).
