WHAT AWAITS YOU:
- Leading a column in the renovation of the building
- Cooperation with the construction management to enable project-specific preparation and handling of construction sites
- Participation in the deployment planning of personnel, equipment and material
- Responsibility for quality assurance, occupational health and safety at the construction site
- Securing the operational process on the construction site and keeping the construction log in agreement with the construction management
- Execution and handling of construction sites in coordination with the construction management
- Supervision of subcontractors
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Successfully completed training as a certified polisher, factory polisher or foreman (m/f/d)
- SIVV certificate of advantage
- Driving licence category CE desirable
- Results- and cost-oriented action
- High degree of responsibility and initiative
- Teamwork & communication skills
- Ready to travel and assembly in the area of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria
