Your Tasks:

As a Planner, you are responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving the production schedule to ensure that the assembly, machining, and construction departments can work in a timely and efficient manner. Together with your colleagues, you handle the processing of all necessary information to develop a solid plan, which is aligned with the involved departments. You work closely with other departments such as machining, construction, and assembly. You report to the team leader of the Planning Office.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the overall project schedule and ensuring that all internal departments carry out their work in a timely manner and in the correct sequence.
  • Monitoring dependencies between departments (engineering, procurement, production, assembly) and proactively addressing potential delays in schedules.
  • Identifying structural bottlenecks in capacity, material availability, or processes and making proposals to improve lead times and delivery reliability.
  • Creating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules for the assembly, machining, and construction departments.
  • Ensuring the right overviews and information are provided so that actions can be executed effectively.
  • In collaboration with the Procurement department, making agreements regarding outsourcing of work.
  • Creating project schedules from the handover from Sales to packaging.

Your Profile

  • A vocational (MBO+/HBO) education in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Planning.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production environment with operational planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Ridder IQ) and planning tools or status boards.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
