Pharmacovigilance Senior Specialist


Your Job

• Participate in pre- and post-market drug safety projects in a global organization 
• Production and review of periodic safety re-ports and risk management plans 
• Literature search 
• Signal management 
• Set-up and maintain global pharmacovigilance systems and agreements 
• Establishment and maintenance of Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) 
• Role as Local Responsible Person
• Handle medical inquiries including follow-up of reports of adverse events, product inquiries and complaint handling from Swedish/Danish/Norwegian patients and healthcare personnel received by phone or post. 
• Be digitally available for medical inquiries from patients or healthcare personnel based on project-specific office hours, usually between 09:00 and 16:00. 

Your Profile

• Academic degree in pharmacy or life science 
• At least 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance 
•  Well organized and sense of accuracy 
• Flexible and committed to meeting deadlines 
• Fluency in spoken and written English 
• Knowledgeable in one or more spoken and written Nordic languages is a requirement   
• Team player
