The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Posting customer payments (e.g. via bank transfer, credit card, cheques)
- Supporting the reconciliation of customer accounts
- Sending invoices, credit notes, and account statements
- Assisting in credit collection and following up on overdue payments
- Communicating with customers and internal sales teams to resolve open items and deduction cases
- Creating and posting credit notes for DCM cases
- Helping with reporting and data quality checks
- Acting as a back-up for other AR activities if needed
- Gain practical experience in international finance
- Use English daily and build your communication confidence
- Learn how AR impacts the overall financial health of a company
- Take on responsibility step by step

Your story so far:
- You are currently studying (Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field)
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers
- You bring strong analytical and organizational skills
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- You work well independently and in a team
- You are confident communicating in English (written and spoken) and ideally in German. Any other European language is a plus
- Ideally, you have some experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook & Teams)
