We are seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal or junior legal professional.

to join our group legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background drafting legal documentation coordinating processes and administrative tasks. This paralegal and legal team assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department, provide legal administrative support to the team, and assist with legal tasks generally.

Your task

  • Preparing legal documents, including board of directors/shareholder(s) meetings regarding day-to-day matters
  • Maintaining and updating template documentation for board meetings and other corporate purposes
  • Assisting in set-up, corporate maintenance, and liquidation of companies
  • Supporting the handling and coordinating of KYC requests together with the group KYC team, and AML tasks such as RBE filing
  • Assisting with legal document management, including organization and maintenance of corporate and legal files of group companies
  • Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of corporate governance processes, internal policies, and rules of procedure
  • Managing corporate housekeeping tasks, coordinating signature processes, and organizing document execution workflows Supporting the legal costs management process
  • Dealing with third parties, such as lawyers, auditors, banks, CSSF etc.

Your profile

  • Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a law firm, fiduciary, or at a fund in Luxembourg
  • Relevant experience handling corporate secretarial tasks, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities
  • Preference for a legal degree, including those not admitted to a Bar
  • English and French language skills are necessary, German language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive with great attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of applications particularly Word
  • Self-motivated with a capacity to work independently
  • Clear and practical communication skills
  • A strong interest in corporate governance, board support, and legal operations
  • Ability to handle sensitive company information with discretion and a high level of professionalism
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to support a lean, dynamic legal team on a broad range of topics
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg company law and governance principles
