What to expect:

  • Manage, maintain, and regularly review master data in systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision), PIM, and related tools
  • Prepare and process data in alignment with legal, customer-specific, and internal requirements
  • Conduct data quality checks, perform error analyses, and implement corrective actions
  • Support business units with data structure design to improve automation and process control
  • Document processes and procedures, and conduct training for end users and business teams
  • Support internal audits and compliance requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving data migration, cleansing, and standardization initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization and automation of master data processes

Required skills:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship; a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in master data management or data governance, preferably within an ERP or supply chain context
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision), PIM systems, and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate & BI)
  • Understanding of data quality, data lifecycle, and compliance processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive working style
