To support our Marketing team of the Division Thermomix and Kobold. We offer you a great opportunity to put your studies in a content-, brand and performance- marketing and communication skills into practice and gather valuable experience for your career development.  In this nine months traineeship you will learn to build content marketing strategy, crafting engaging content and manage editorial plan within an distributed team.

 

Job Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the Corporate Brand, Performance and Content Marketing Team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our advisors and customers.
• Assist in developing campaign content for various channels, including social media, website, newsletters, product training, advisor communication, etc.
• Support the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns to support our markets drive sales, recruitment, community engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist in managing and maintaining brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, ensuring alignment with company values and messaging guidelines.
• Help monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure seamless execution of content marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and direct selling.

 

• Bachelor/Master in Digital Communication, Marketing, Journalism, PR or similar
• Professional command in English, any further language is of advantage
• Passion for content and communication and having a good feeling of what great content looks like
• Basic social communication knowledge
• Terrific eye for editorial detail
• Relaxed personality feeling comfortable in an ever-changing environment
• Passion about engaging relevant content that triggers or covers the needs of our audiences
• Eager to learn about using the brand as medium of social communication
