Managing Director (m/f/d) Spain
Your Responsibilities- Full management responsibility for the Iberian subsidiary, including production, sales, logistics, finance and HR
- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for Spain and Portugal
- Lead, mentor and strengthen the local leadership team
- Expand customer relationships across hydraulics, industrial sectors and mobility
- Oversee production operations and drive process optimization, lean initiatives and digital transformation
- Manage budget, P&L and KPIs; report regularly to Group Headquarters in Wipperfürth
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, legal and sustainability standards
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar (MBA preferred)
- 10-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, fluid technology or related fields
- Experience in production management, lean/continuous improvement and digitalization
- Fluent in Spanish; excellent English skills; German beneficial
- Strong leadership, strategic mindset, customer orientation and communication skills
