For our Danish subsidiary, we are seeking an entrepreneurially-minded Managing Director to lead our four existing facilities into a new era of growth and structural stability.

Development, Structure, and Excellence

As Managing Director, you will hold full operational and strategic responsibility. You will serve as the vital link between high-quality pedagogy and sustainable commercial success.

• Executive Leadership: You will oversee 4 childcare centers (3 in Copenhagen, 1 in Kolding), ensuring high-quality care and reliability for approximately 450 families.
• Organizational Development: You will drive the structural evolution of the company. You will professionalize existing workflows and strategically scale the organization.
• Strategic Decision Making: In the complex field of early childhood education, you will make future-oriented decisions and solve operational challenges independently and proactively.
• Empowering Teams: As a leader, you provide stability. You lead through a combination of pedagogical expertise and business acumen, motivating your staff to excel.
• Representation & Negotiation: You will represent the provider in dealings with municipalities (kommuner), authorities, and partners, navigating negotiations with confidence and diplomacy.

We are looking for a "builder"--someone who understands the industry and is ready to take ownership.

• Danish Market Expertise: You have a profound knowledge of the Danish childcare landscape (Dagtilbudsloven), gained through operating your own centers, consultancy, or working within a Danish municipality.
• Dual Competency: You combine a solid pedagogical background with strong business management skills.
• Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in management. You possess high intercultural competence and an open-minded approach toward different generations and cultures.
• Ownership Mindset: You identify strongly with the company's mission and are willing to stand accountable for the entity you lead.
  Language Proficiency: You are business-fluent in three languages: Danish, German, and English.
